Suzanne Keilly is an accomplished writer, producer and actor. She has performed sketch and improv at the Comedy Central Stage, the Groundlings, Second City, and Acme Theatre in Los Angeles and on stages across North America.
In 2010, she wrote, produced and directed the darkly comedic web series, PLAYING DEAD, about an actress that takes a part time job as Death to pay the bills. The show has received over 100,000 views on KoldCast TV. It was directed by veteran actor and director Ted Raimi.
On television, she was heard as the voice of Clare on G4TV’s Code Monkeys and xBox’s Your Dungeon My Dragon (both giving her a decent amount of nerd cred). On film, she can be seen in Disney’s OZ: THE GREAT AND POWERFUL starring James Franco and Mila Kunis.
Her screenplays THE UNTITLED ZOMBIE PROJECT and THREE DAYS THREE THOUSAND MILES have been named a Slamdance Semi Finalist, BlueCat Quarterfinalist and a BlueCat Fellini Finalist respectively. She has recently completed a noir pilot, called "Heeled" and a supernatural thriller pilot, "Ashes".
Her two woman comedy show, Keilly and Roeters was named one of Toronto’s NOW Magazine’s Top Ten Comedy Shows of the Year and given the title “Best of the Fest” by Time Out Chicago, Chicago Tribune and LA Weekly. In 2008 they performed at the Just for Laughs Festival with host Craig Robinson. Their short film, SMALL TALK, won the 2007 Tres Courts Festival in Paris, France and has over 1.5 million views on YouTube. Their last short, MY TREAT, premiered at the Palm Springs Film Festival in 2009.
When not writing and performing she has worked as a reality television producer on shows including, The Apprentice for NBC, 13: Fear is Real for the CW and Disappeared for the Discovery Channel. She was the Writers Assistant for "Ash vs Evil Dead" Season One and Two and co-wrote Episode 208 entitled "Ashy-Slashy" on the Starz Channel.
Suzanne is also an amateur magician and has a deep passion for cheese.
